Durneva Polina Nikolaevna
In 2007, she defended her candidate thesis on “Voluntary Representation on Civil Law of Russia” in 12.00.03 Civil Law, Entrepreneurial Law, Family Law, International Private Law. Following decision no. 112 of Kuban State Agricultural University dated October 11, 2007, she received a scientific degree of candidate of juridical sciences.
From 2003 to 2007 she was a methodic worker at Juridical Clinic and implemented a training program, for the juridical clinic counselors (Professional Skills of Lawyers).
In the same period, she took a program of a methodical seminar for juridical clinic lecturers (training) at Saint Petersburg Institute of Law.
P.N. Durneva coordinated a program of Autumn School for Students of Law “Rights of Refugees and Forced Migrants” organized by SGU and UVKB UN. She took part in the international conference on “Structuring a Justice Curriculum for the Future”, organized by the International Union of Juridical Education that took place at the Department of Law and Management at Jagellonian University (Cracow, Poland).
Since 2003 she has been consulting on the issues of real estate rights and deals. From 2007 to 2012 she provided counseling for the commercial organizations as well as represented them in a court.
From 2003 until the present she has been a lecturer of higher school, she has lecturer experience in the disciplines like financial law, tax law, entrepreneurial law, commercial law, civil law, informational law, etc.
Since September 1, 2015, she has been an Associate Professor at the Chair of Civil Law and Process at PSU.
In November 2018, she became the head of the Chair at Juridical Institute. She also supervises the educational programs:
bachelor’s program of 40.03.01 Jurisprudence (International Energy Law);
specialist’s program of 40.05.04 Judicial and Procuracy Work (Judicial Work).
