«Gourmandise littéraire» («Литературное лакомство»)
On 5th of March, 2013, students of the Institute of Frankophonie and Sport-Tourist Management held a traditional round work table “Literary delicacies”. During the tasting of famous desserts (crème brûlée, chocolate mousse etc.), described in the books of French writers, students shared their impressions from the sensations of tasting and compared their own opinion on the national cuisine with the authors’ one.
