PSU Representatives Take Part in Local Russian Eduaton Day: Indian Subcontinent

Aleksandra Sidorenko, Deputy Head of the Department of International Relations and Educational Programs, represented Pyatigorsk State University from January 25 to 27, 2021, on an educational online exhibition called “Local Russian Education Day: Indian Subcontinent” (for foreign students from Pakistan and Sri Lanka). The exhibition was organized by the Center of Educational Export (Moscow) and was held in two forms:

1. Upload of information about PSU in the online stand and web-page of Local RED within 3 days;
2. Online presentation of an educational brand of PSU (participation of potential students in Negombo, Sri Lanka).

The online presentation was opened by the greeting speeches of Nirosha K. Herath, First Secretary of Sri Lanka Embassy in Moscow, Dmitry Nersesyan, Director of the Center of Educational Export, Milroy Fernando, Recruiting Director, CEE partner in Sri Lanka. Nine universities from different parts of Russia presented their educational facilities at the online event.

During the online exhibition, more than 5,000 potential students visited the online stands of the participants, more than 13% shared their contacts and data to get more information about the specialties. The data was directed to the representatives of the universities, including PSU, for further work.
